Lauren Pike is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, development, and auditing. As the founder of Creatively Connecting since December 2020, Lauren also serves as an associate coach at Kokua Hub and Torch, and as a fellow coach at BetterUp, while contributing as an associate coach at Thrive Partners. Prior to these roles, Lauren held significant positions at Barclays from 2006 to 2020, including Vice President of Learning & Development for Internal Audit, and Vice President as Internal Audit Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Nomura as an Internal Auditor and at Deloitte UK as an External Auditor. Lauren holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Play Therapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Therapeutic Play from Leeds Beckett University, along with a Bachelor's degree in French and German from Durham University.
