Lindsay Kloepping serves as the Sr. Director and Global Head of Product and UX at 3Pillar, leading a cross-functional organization of over 100 professionals across eight countries to foster empowered teams and design-driven cultures. With a progressive career at 3Pillar, Kloepping has expanded the product team from 12 to more than 60 members, establishing a robust global product practice. In addition to 3Pillar, Kloepping is a contract coach with BetterUp and co-organizer of the NoVa ProductTank, aimed at building a vibrant community for product professionals in Northern Virginia. Previous experience includes roles at Aditi Consulting, Socialtext, and Lyris, encompassing product management, strategy, and client services. Kloepping holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Mount Union.
