Lynn Buscaglia

Lynn Buscaglia, PCC, is an experienced coach and consultant with a diverse background in career development and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Primary and Career Growth Coach at BetterUp since January 2022 and as a Life Coach at Coach Lynn since April 2020, Lynn maintains a referral-based practice specializing in executive and career transition coaching. Previous roles include Managing Principal at IRIES, Inc., where Lynn established a retained executive search practice, and Certified Consultant at Drake Beam Morin, focusing on outplacement services for displaced employees.
