Madison Romney, MAPP, is a seasoned professional in people insights and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior People Insights Consultant at BetterUp since September 2021, where solutions are driven by behavioral science and AI. Madison received The Revenue Catalyst Award in February 2024 for securing multiple significant deals. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Insights Consultant and People Insights Consultant at Deloitte from July 2016 to August 2021, focusing on change management, performance management, and business transformation.
