Marguerite Farmer is an experienced director and leadership coach with a diverse background in education and personal development. Currently serving as Director at North and Nimble Ltd since September 2016, Marguerite specializes in empowering professionals to overcome impostor syndrome through tailored coaching programs grounded in positive psychology. Additionally, Marguerite works as a consultant and leadership coach at 360 Degree Society and provides strategy coaching for individuals with neurodiverse conditions at Genius Within CIC.
