Maribeth K Rex

Maribeth K Rex serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health Care Coordination at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, overseeing the strategic direction and management of clinical operations since January 2015. Previously, Maribeth held positions including Senior Manager and Manager in clinical operations and vendor management across various healthcare settings. In addition to healthcare leadership, Maribeth provides executive and leadership coaching at BetterUp, focusing on professional development for high-potential employees. Maribeth holds dual Master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all from Roosevelt and Elmhurst Universities.
