Masa Gong is an accomplished Executive and Team Coach, Facilitator, Coach Supervisor, Mediator, and People Development Consultant, currently leading Masa Gong LLC since March 2009. With extensive expertise in leadership, management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Masa serves as a C-Suite Facilitator at Peerforum and a Learning Coach for global executives at INSEAD. As an Advisory Board Member and Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Masa specializes in addressing diversity and inclusion needs for global leaders.
