May Flam

May Flam is an experienced organizational consultant and leadership coach currently working with AL Consultants LTD and GrowthSpace, while also serving as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since 2020. With a robust background in coaching professionals on leadership development, stress reduction, and communication, May Flam has developed specialty coaching areas, including Navigating Uncertainty and BetterUp Care. Previously, May Flam held key positions such as Director of Operations and Development at Partners for Progressive Israel, where fundraising targets were consistently exceeded, and Grants Coordinator at a major Jewish non-profit organization, contributing significantly to grant writing and operations. Earlier career experience includes managing business development at Matomy Media Group and technical editing at Comverse. May Flam holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a CPC certification from Leadership That Works.
