Maya Niksic

Maya Niksic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and education. Currently serving as Program Director at the Rappaport Applied Field Learning Lab and Assistant Director of the Behavioral Insights Group at Harvard Kennedy School, Maya excels in designing workshops and fostering collaborations among diverse stakeholders. As a Founder and CEO of Adaptive Leadership Atelier, Maya focuses on adaptive leadership training, while also contributing as a Senior Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine. Maya has held various coaching roles, including as a BetterUp Care Coach and Career Coach for veterans and active duty spouses at American Corporate Partners. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis from Creighton University, alongside several certifications in coaching, leadership, and yoga.
