Megan Johnson, ACC, is a seasoned Leadership and Personal Development Coach currently affiliated with MLJ Coaching and Consulting since January 2020, where Megan engages clients in a transformative coaching process focused on personal and professional growth. In addition to this role, Megan serves as a Leadership Development Coach for BetterUp and a Professional Development Trainer for Employers Council, while also having taught Enneagram courses through Continuing Education at the University of Utah. Prior experience includes directing Leadership & Organizational Development at Progrexion, where Megan developed and managed extensive leadership programs, including the inaugural Senior Leadership Program and a Women in Leadership Program, as well as overseeing human resources operations across multiple states. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Utah.
