Meike Krug

Meike Krug, MA, CEC, MCC, is an accomplished Executive, Leadership, and Mentor Coach with extensive experience in facilitating transformational conversations across various organizational levels. Currently operating at Conversations With Intention since March 2013, Meike also serves as a Leadership Coach - Premier Fellow at BetterUp and a Modern Health Coach at Modern Health. Prior experience includes serving as Leadership Development Manager at FortisBC, where Meike acted as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enhancing leadership capabilities and succession planning, along with a role as Senior Instructional Designer focusing on learning strategy and gap analysis. Meike holds a Master's degree in Learning and Technology from Royal Roads University.
