Melanie Golladay

Melanie Golladay is a skilled professional with extensive experience in account management and financial leadership. Since March 2021, Melanie has served as a Global Account Partner and previously as an Enterprise Account Manager at BetterUp. Concurrently, Melanie has been a Liaison Officer and Major in the US Air Force Reserve since April 2013, focusing on supporting the Civil Air Patrol. Prior roles include Account Executive at InVista, where Melanie enhanced employee experiences through behavioral science assessments, and Account Management positions at Accenture, managing multi-million dollar contracts and delivering efficiency savings.
