Melna Jones

Melna Jones, PCC, PMP, is a seasoned Professional Leadership and Development Coach with extensive experience in executive leadership development, coaching, and training. Currently leading Simply Lead Coaching, Melna specializes in aligning people and resources with strategic business objectives for both public and private organizations. Additional roles include Group Coach and Peer Advisory Facilitator at Chief, Mentor Coach with Brain Squared Solutions, and Leadership Development Coach at BetterUp. Melna also partners with UC Davis to design and deliver leadership training and has previously served as an Executive Coach for NorthBay HealthCare and other organizations. Melna’s past experience includes managing the IT Security Program at the U.S. Geological Survey and serving as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Air Reserves. Melna holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
