Meredith Fay

Meredith Fay, PCC, NBC-HWC, is the Owner and Principal Coach of Meredith Fay since April 2018, providing 1:1 coaching to help clients develop resilience skills and achieve their potential in both work and personal life. Meredith also serves as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, where support is offered to high-performing leaders in optimizing work/life balance and navigating challenges, with over 350 sessions coached and a notable percentage rated as transformative. Previous experience includes roles at Lyra Health as a Mental Health Coach, and at Slalom as a Senior Consultant, where coaching and mentorship were central to developing healthier work environments. Other past positions include consulting and analytical roles at Turnitin, Luxent, and KeyedIn Solutions. With a BA in Cognitive Science and Spanish from UC Irvine and additional certifications in Positive Psychology, Coaching, and Nutritional Therapy, Meredith combines a diverse skill set to enhance personal and professional growth.
