Mete Yasuji

Mete Yasuji (Yazici), PsyD, is the founder of Commoncolors 合同会社 (LLC) since September 2015, providing bilingual services to global organizations in Japan. Serving as an adjunct faculty instructor at Rikkyo University and the Continuing Education department at Temple University, Yasuji teaches courses on project management, positive organizational psychology, and leadership development. As a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since May 2022, Yasuji supports leaders globally, having begun as an Associate in August 2019. Prior experience includes various managerial and director roles at LexisNexis Japan, AXA, The Hartford Life K.K., and Thomson Reuters, alongside robust educational credentials, culminating in a Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University expected in February 2024.
