Michelle M. Lopez, Ph.D., PCC, CEC, CMC is the President and Founder of Next Gen Latinos, LLC, where expertise in executive coaching, systemic team coaching, and leadership training is utilized. With extensive experience as a Faculty member for MentorCoach® LLC, Michelle teaches an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program that empowers aspiring coaches. In addition, a Certified Professional Coach with BetterUp, and an Adjunct Faculty member at Texas State University, Michelle instructs courses focusing on student success and leadership theory. Previous roles include Associate Director of Student Development and Retention at Concordia University Texas and teaching leadership applications at the university level. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, a Master’s in Counseling and Guidance from Texas State University, and a Bachelor’s in Government from Texas Woman's University.
