Michelle Nitz, MHA, PCC, is a seasoned leadership, career, and behavioral health coach with a commitment to empowering individuals in their leadership journeys. Currently serving as a Leadership, Career, and Behavioral Health Coach at Coach Michelle since 2017, Michelle is also a Distinguished Fellow Leadership Coach at BetterUp and a Mental Health Coach at Modern Health. With extensive experience as Executive Director/CEO of Washington Women in Need from 2011 to 2021, Michelle led initiatives that provided over $20 million in grants and scholarships, helping women achieve economic stability. Prior roles include CEO of the SCIENCE AND MANAGEMENT OF ADDICTIONS and interim CEO and consultant for various organizations in the Seattle area. Michelle's earlier career saw leadership roles at Overlake Hospital Medical Center, focusing on strategic planning and business development.
