Mike Cherry

Mike Cherry, Ed.D., PCC, has served as a Professor and Chair of the University Faculty Development Committee at Lewis University since August 2003, focusing on enhancing faculty support across various colleges. With a robust academic background in Organizational Leadership, Mike has progressed from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor within the College of Business, emphasizing the human aspects of leadership. As the founder and president of Cherry and Associates, Mike provides executive coaching to leaders aiming to enhance their impact and transform their teams. Additionally, Mike holds a position as a Distinguished Fellow Coach with BetterUp and has extensive teaching experience at various universities. Educational credentials include an Ed.D. in Ethical Leadership and an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change, along with other advanced degrees.
