Mimari Hall

Mimari Hall, MA, ACC, PMP, currently serves as a Program Development Officer at the Hawaii Department of Human Services Office of Youth Services and as a BetterUp Certified Coach. With extensive experience in human services, Hall has held roles including Cross-Enrollment Coordinator and Policy Director at the Hawaii Department of Human Services, where responsibilities involved project management and policy advisory. Past contributions to the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges included leading initiatives on domestic child sex trafficking and improving family court practices. Hall's coaching practice focuses on empowering NextGen leaders in career mobility and emotional intelligence. A former business consultant, Hall has also held positions at AYUSA International and Miller Heiman, Inc., further enhancing expertise in communication and intercultural training. Education includes a Master’s degree in Speech Communication from the University of Nevada, Reno.
