Min Heubert

Min Heubert, PCC, is the founder of MH Coaching & Consulting, where they focus on leadership development, communication, and Lean Management. With a background as a manager in organizational progress at Michelin from 2006 to 2009, Min has dedicated their career to people development since 2009. Currently, Min serves as a Leadership Coach at BetterUp and continues to enhance their expertise with a Lean Six Sigma certification from Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education. They have also studied coaching internationally, earning credentials from Erickson Coaching International and Create China Coach Center.
