Monica Staco

Monica Staco, M.Ed., M.A., PCC, is a seasoned leadership development professional with extensive experience in executive and leadership coaching. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since January 2021, Monica also operates as a Leadership Coach at BetterUp and owns Emerge Consulting LLC, where the focus is on empowering high-potential individuals and leaders. Monica's previous roles include Leadership Coach and Training Facilitator at Raise The Bar Consulting, Executive and Leadership Coach at Torch, and various leadership and research positions at organizations such as the Wright Foundation for the Realization of Human Potential, Family Office Exchange, Mintel, Northern Trust Corporation, and E. Morris Communications.
