Monica Taylor

Monica Taylor, M.Ed., ACC, is an accomplished organizational development consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development, racial justice, and workplace wellness. Currently serving as an Organizational Development Consultant and Racial Justice Advisor for SEIU and an executive leadership coach for Torch and BetterUp, Monica also leads Rockett Consultants, LLC, as Founder and CEO. Previous roles include Senior Director at the Council of Chief State School Officers, where significant contributions were made to school leadership development and improvement at a national level, as well as Program Manager for Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake. Monica's educational background includes an Executive Certificate from Georgetown University and postgraduate studies at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University.
