Neil Sheth

Neil Sheth is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in technology and product development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at BetterUp since August 2021, Neil previously co-founded Motive Software, where Neil held the position of Head of Engineering until its acquisition by BetterUp. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Ultimate Software, where Neil focused on integrating data-driven approaches into product offerings, and Chief Technology Officer at Kanjoya, Inc., which developed innovative emotional intelligence products. Earlier experiences include significant roles at Accenture, ComGlobal Systems, IBM, and Microsoft, coupled with advanced degrees in Management Science and Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
