Nicky Schlatter

Nicky Schlatter is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and coaching, currently serving as a Research Associate at UKRCS since March 2017, where assistance is provided for evaluations related to the Welsh Council for Voluntary Action and the EU-funded Active Inclusion Fund. As the Director and Business Psychologist at Schlatter Consulting Ltd since March 2009, Nicky specializes in business coaching and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Nicky has been a Fellow Coach at BetterUp and has worked as a Course Facilitator and Team Coach at Cass Business School since 2009. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Psychologist at Multi-Health Systems Inc. from 2003 to 2009. Nicky holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from City St George’s, University of London, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology/Sociology from Oxford Brookes University.
