Noha Mahdi

Noha Mahdi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Manager at BetterUp since July 2021, where the focus is on coaching and leadership development to facilitate personal and workforce transformation. As a global facilitator and community member with ChangemakerXchange since April 2017, Noha fosters empowering environments for changemakers to collaborate and create lasting positive change. The professional journey includes founding and leading The Mawada Project from May 2016 to June 2021, and holding various roles at Bon Education, including Trainer and Facilitator, Education Consultant, Curriculum Designer, and Director of STEM Camps. Previous experiences include working as an Operations Consultant at A-List Education and as an Admissions Office Assistant at Harvard Divinity School, along with serving as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Vascular Research Lab. Noha holds a Master’s degree in Inclusive Innovation from the University of Cape Town, a Master of Education from Harvard, a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from McGill University.
