Oleg Stepanov is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in both coaching and film production. From 2013 to 2019, they served as CEO of Global International Consulting Agency, where they provided executive coaching to clients such as Yamaha and Toyota. Previously, Oleg led 3 DTV-Vision, producing seven 3D films in collaboration with Sony Pictures. Currently, they work as a Lead Coach at BetterUp and as an Executive Coach at the European Center for Business Coaching while pursuing ongoing education in business training and facilitation. Oleg holds a PhD in Sociology and master's degrees in International Economic Relations and Japanese Language Interpretation.
