P Maddox, ACC, is the Principal Owner of Paula's Perspectives Coaching Services and an Executive Coach at BetterUp. With over 31 years of federal government and business experience, they specialize in executive, leadership, and business coaching. P previously served as a Senior Realty Specialist and Contracting Officer at GSA, managing significant federal office space and contributing to major projects. They also held a managerial position at the US Department of the Treasury from 2008 to 2016. P is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics at Alcorn State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration at Troy University, while also being an Associate Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
