Pam Stalgren is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and learning within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Capability Business Partner in R&D Human Resources at GSK since September 2013, Pam provides strategic insights to enhance organizational performance by collaborating with senior leaders.
