Patricia Lopez

Patricia "Denise" Lopez, Ph.D., is a Full Professor at Alliant International University, specializing in Organizational Psychology since August 2005. In this role, Patricia Lopez teaches Masters and Doctoral students in subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Work Motivation, and Leadership. Additionally, since March 2021, Patricia Lopez serves as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, contributing to the advancement of coaching through technology. As of October 2023, Patricia Lopez has taken on the role of Vice Chair and Chief Governance Officer at LEAP, where responsibilities include overseeing governance activities. Previously, Patricia Lopez was a Project Director at International Survey Research, focusing on management and employee surveys, and a Professor in the Masters in Business Management program at the Asian Institute of Management.
