Phil Love

Phil Love is a design professional currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at BetterUp since 2025. Previously, Phil held several roles in product design, including Senior Manager at Carrot Fertility and Design Lead at Genome Medical, Inc., where they optimized user experiences and drove significant increases in user productivity. Phil has also contributed to the design teams at Philips Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers. They earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and pursued additional studies at renowned institutions such as Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
