Rachelle Stone, PCC, CPQC, TQ, is the founder and CEO of R Stone Consulting, where Rachelle serves as a leadership consultant, executive coach, and speaker since January 2015. In addition to this role, Rachelle co-founded Coaches for Conferences in February 2024 to enhance the attendee experience at events. Rachelle also works as a CHIEF Guide facilitating peer coaching groups for women executive leaders within Chief, and as a Platinum Premier Fellow and Executive Coach at BetterUp. As a Certified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach, Rachelle leads programs aimed at enhancing mental fitness. Previous experience includes holding leadership positions at Cheeriodicals, AlliedPRA, and Advantage Destination & Meeting Services. Rachelle earned an Associate’s degree in Recreation & Leisure Services from Greenfield Community College and completed executive coaching training at the Institute for Life Coach Training.
