Renelle Lawrence

Renelle Lawrence is a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer at BetterUp, with a strong focus on crafting AI prompts and applying human-centered design principles to enhance learning experiences. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Coaching Program Manager at Google, managing extensive coaching engagements and collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners. At the Center for Supportive Schools, Renelle held the role of Director of Digital Instructional Design, developing online courses and experiential learning sessions, and as a Community Schools Solution Manager, evaluating and supporting community school strategies in New York City. Other notable positions include Program Manager for Public School Partnerships at Harvard University, where Renelle co-designed numerous professional development workshops, and teaching roles in both high school and research assistant positions at esteemed institutions. Renelle holds a Master's degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York.
