Robert Tignor

Robert Tignor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, coaching, and leadership development. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Origamic Solutions since March 2025 and as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since January 2021, Robert specializes in personalized coaching and goal-setting strategies. Previous roles include Owner and Coach at People First Coach, LLC, and Impact Consultant at Franklin IQ, where collaboration with government clients focused on innovative leadership development.
