Roger Maitland

Roger Maitland is a highly experienced professional in coaching, organisational change, and sustainability transitions, currently serving as the Director of LifeLab since 2005. With roles as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp and a Certified Coach at CoachHub, Roger is involved in providing transition coaching and facilitating coaching circles globally. Additionally, Roger is an EMCC Global Accreditation EQA Assessor, a Research Fellow, and an Adjunct Lecturer at Stellenbosch Business School, where leadership coaching modules are facilitated. Consulting experience includes working with executives in the oil and gas sector through Organisation Solutions. Roger has contributed to various educational institutions, including USB Executive Development and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, where notable leadership programs were developed. Roger holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business and has extensive academic qualifications, including an MA in Professional Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
