Ron Lewis

Ron is BetterUp’s Chief of Staff and VP of Business Operations Ron’s team supports the company’s strategy and execution of strategic initiatives across BetterUp.

Ron began his career in management consulting with Bain & Company before moving into the K-12 space with African Leadership Academy, Informed K-12, and eSpark Learning.

Ron earned a B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Southern California and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
