Ryan Weber

Ryan Weber is the current Chief Talent Officer at BetterUp. Prior to their current position, Ryan held the title of Chief Talent Officer at Marqeta, Inc from June 2021 to February 2022. Ryan was also the Chief Learning Officer & Vice President of Talent Management, L&OD at ServiceNow from July 2019 to May 2021. Ryan's previous experience also includes working as a Director of Talent Acquisition for Google Cloud from February 2014 to July 2019. Prior to their time at Google, Ryan worked as a Consultant at Spencer Stuart from September 2010 to February 2014.

Ryan Weber attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a B.S. in accounting. Ryan then went on to attend the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned an MBA in strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship.
