Sandra Brooks, CEC, PCC, is an experienced coach and business owner with a diverse background in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as a coach at Laridae and a senior field coach at SCCi, Sandra has extensive experience working with leaders in the energy sector in Fort McMurray, Alberta. In addition, Sandra provides coaching services for clients at BetterUp, focusing on Fortune 500 companies and individuals. As a LEADS 360 debrief coach with the Canadian College of Health Leaders, Sandra applies a coaching approach to facilitate 360-degree feedback within the LEADS Canada program. The coaching career began in 2016 with the establishment of Sandra Brooks Coaching, following a substantial tenure at Queen's University, where various roles included Manager of Infrastructure Operations and Change Manager. Sandra holds a B.AH/B.Ed in Education from Queen's University and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
