Sara Rutstein

Sara Rutstein, PCC, CPCC, MBA, currently serves as a Coach at Coachello and has been with S.E.R. Partners since July 2015 as Chief Coach and Leadership Consultant. In addition, Rutstein has ongoing roles as a Guide at Chief and Fellows Coach at BetterUp, having previously worked as a Money Coach at Capital One until December 2021. Rutstein's prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, where achievements include securing a landmark $3.4 million alumni gift and enhancing fundraising efforts substantially. Previously, Rutstein held managing director roles at Everyman Theatre and Curious Theatre Company, focusing on fundraising and organizational growth. An MBA graduate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Rutstein also holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
