Sarah Schimschal

Sarah Schimschal is the Founder and Director of Positive Legacies, a company established in May 2008 to enhance individuals' and organizations' capabilities through evidence-based practices in positive psychology and organizational development. Since July 2022, Sarah has also been an Executive, Leadership, and Career Coach at CoachHub, where efforts focus on fostering clarity and confidence in professionals, and at BetterUp, where coaching emphasizes emotional agility and strategic thinking. Previously, Sarah served as NSW Supply Chain Capability Leader and Tooheys Operations Capability Leader at Lion, leading capability strategy and technical leadership development. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Public Health from the University of Tasmania, an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London, and a BA in Training and Development from Curtin University. Additionally, Sarah holds certifications as a PADI Master Instructor.
