Sarah Witkowski

Sarah (Sadie) Witkowski, PhD, is a passionate science communicator, podcaster, and writer dedicated to making science accessible beyond traditional academic settings. With experience as a Lab Operations Manager at BetterUp and Program Manager at Northwestern University, they currently work on developing science communication skills for STEM students while pursuing a PhD in Psychology, focusing on memory and sleep. Sadie's previous roles include hosting the PhDrinking podcast, serving as Director of Communications for multiple organizations, and receiving the prestigious AAAS Mass Media Fellowship at Voice of America. They have also conducted research at institutions like The University of Texas at Austin and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
