Sharmi Roy currently serves as the President of the ICF Kolkata Chapter and is the ICF Coach Educator & CEO of Coachezzy, a Coach Education company that has successfully delivered over 20,000 coach hours globally. As the Founder and Professional Certified Coach at Art To Lead, Sharmi focuses on leadership and human potential development through well-researched methodologies. Additional roles include Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Mentor Coach for the International Coaching Federation, and Visiting Lecturer/Professor at ISTD and Heritage Business School, respectively. With a diverse background in leadership development at Cognizant and earlier roles in HR consulting and training, Sharmi holds a Masters in International Relations from Jadavpur University, a Special Management Program from IIM Calcutta, and a PGDHRM from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
