Shawn Meredith

Shawn Meredith serves as the Director of Coaching at Performance Mindset & Development and the Board President at Awaken Pittsburgh, both since 2022. With a long tenure at BetterUp since 2017 in various roles including Coach Learning and Development Consultant, Executive Coach, and Coaches Council member, Shawn also operates as an Executive Coach at Experiential Insight, aiming to address organizational skills crises. As the Founder Coach at Skillful Leadership, Shawn contributes to leadership development while previously holding significant leadership roles at Every Child, Inc. from 2005 to 2018. Additional experience includes transitional life coaching with AARP and various research and teaching positions. Shawn holds multiple degrees, including an M.A. in Philosophy with a focus on psychology from Duquesne University and a B.A. in Psychology from Allegheny College.
