Shelly Wight

Shelly Wight, JD, CPCC, ICF PCC, is the Founder and President of Shelly Wight Coaching since November 2020, and serves as a Premier Fellow and Sales Mindset Coach at BetterUp since May 2022. Previously, Wight held positions including Enterprise Accounts Leader at Positive Intelligence and Sales Mindset Coach at BetterUp. With over two decades of experience, Wight was a Sales Leader at Cisco Systems, where a notable achievement included a 20-year average goal attainment of 108%. Prior experience also includes a role as Sales Manager at MCI WorldCom. Wight holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University, complemented by certification as a Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.
