Sherry Dondo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership. From May to December 2020, Sherry served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at HomeEquity Bank and held the position of VP, People and Culture (Interim) on a contract basis. Currently, Sherry is a Board Member at Embark Student Corp., contributing to the Governance and Human Resources Committees since November 2023. Sherry also operates Sherry Dondo Consulting Inc. as an Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator since June 2019, and serves as a Premier Coach, Coaching Circles Coach, and Certified BetterUp Conscious Business Coach at BetterUp since December 2019.
