Sue August is a seasoned coach and consultant with extensive experience in enhancing productivity and leadership within organizations. With a career spanning from 1996 to the present as the CEO/Owner of Sue August & Associates, Sue specializes in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive results. Currently serving as a Lead Coach at BetterUp since May 2015, Sue has also contributed significantly as a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant at Sutter Health from 1998 to 2018, where responsibilities included coaching for 24 hospitals and leading projects that improved employee survey participation.
