Suzy Benson is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership development and training. Since 2013, Suzy has operated Suzy Benson Coaching, offering specialized programs such as Brené Brown's Dare to Lead. Additional current roles include serving as a leadership coach at EDGE Leadership Solutions and BetterUp, where Suzy focuses on uncovering barriers to success and co-creating transformative goals with clients. As the founder and executive director of African Promise Expeditions and African Promise Foundation, Suzy has led initiatives to support women artisans and educational programs in Uganda. Prior experience includes teaching at Tahoma School District and coaching youth soccer. Suzy holds a bachelor's degree in Education from Brigham Young University.
