Taylor O'Meara

Taylor O'Meara is a Senior Analytics Engineer at BetterUp since July 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Prior to this role, Taylor worked at Google as a Data and Analytics Consultant for Looker and held a similar position at Looker itself, where responsibilities included integrating Business Intelligence technologies and fostering a data-driven culture. Taylor also served as a Sales Engineer at Looker, conducting technical evaluations with prospective clients. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at DataCare, where Taylor was the main contact for clients, and as an Assistant Systems Analyst, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and engineers. Taylor began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the UCSC Learning and Experimental Economics Lab Projects, contributing to various experimental studies. Taylor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2015.
