Thomas Norris is a seasoned leadership, career, and life transition coach with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Thomas serves as the Leadership, Career, and Life/Transition Coach at TRUE NORTH Coaching Solutions and as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp. In addition, Thomas works as a Leadership Coach for Humanyen/Organizational Development Innovations and as a faculty member at Brandman University, teaching courses on organizational leadership and development. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at The Wonderful Company, faculty positions at the American Management Association and the University of La Verne, and leadership consulting at AAA Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Thomas holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino.
