Thomas Sadtler is an accomplished executive coach and business leader with over 30 years of experience in leadership development and marketing strategy. As the President of Design What's Next, LLC since June 2016, Thomas utilizes an MBA from Harvard and a clinical social work degree to enhance professionals' leadership capabilities. In addition to serving as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Thomas holds the position of Vice President of Social Enterprise on the Board of Governors for the Harvard Business School Association of Boston.
