Tim Neems

Tim Neems is a seasoned Staff Full Stack Engineer at BetterUp since February 2021, specializing in PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Ember.js, and Ruby. Prior to this role, Tim dedicated nearly nine years to SeeClickFix, progressing from Developer to Technical Lead and ultimately serving as Director of Technology. Tim's career began at The Keeney Manufacturing Company, where responsibilities included Systems Analyst duties from April 2006 to September 2012. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University, complemented by academic experience at Kansai Gaidai University.
